Sean Gallagher is a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, and a member of the California Association of Psychiatric Technicians. He has received a Vocational Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing, a Vocational Certificate in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts.

Additionally, Gallagher received Combat Medic training at the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, Texas. He was awarded an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army Reserve.

Sean Gallagher has over twenty thousand hours of clinical and direct support experience in the field of mental health, as-well-as twenty-five years experience in Public Speaking, Public Relations and in the Performing Arts.

Gallagher was writer and publisher of the nationally distributed comedy newsletter, LAUGH LINE, which was read by subscribers in twenty states and Canada.

Sean Gallagher’s interests include photography and film making. His television productions have aired on public access cable channels that reach over a million viewers.

Sean Gallagher was born in North Hollywood and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since age two.
